On all personal injuries, including motor vehicle accidents and slip and fall injuries, there is no attorney fee due unless and until the claim is favorably resolved. This is known as a contingent fee agreement -- the attorney's fee being due only if money is received either in settlement or by judgment of the court.

All fee arrangements will be discussed at the time of the consultation, and agreed upon by the attorney and client. The fee arrangements to be discussed will be contingent fee agreements, retainers for fixed fee agreements, hourly fee agreements, and payment plans and options.
